At Pro Tan®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your competition tan and skincare purchase; if you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your products are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items including the RMA form and ship them back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
